Made To Order

Each suit is handmade in Houston and made to order for you. Please allow us up to 2 business days to process your order and 3 weeks to make your suit. Please trust the process that it will be shipped out as fast as possible.

Shipping & Handling

Please allow 5-10 business days after receiving a shipping notification to receive your item, depending on USPS. Possible delays because of COVID-19. You will receive a tracking number once the item has shipped. If you do not receive one please email us ASAP.

Returns/Exchange

Monaze Kini does not accept returns or exchanges due to the health restriction and COVID-19 restrictions. However, we do accept cancelations, please email us to cancel asap after your purchase, no later than 24 hours.

Our hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST). If an email is sent outside of business hours expect a response on the following business day.

Swimsuit Care

Our swimsuits are made with quality fabric that needs tender love and care. Please handle your suit with delicacy and ONLY HAND WASH in cold water with delicate soap and lay your suit flat to dry. Monaze is not reliable for any defects after placing the swimsuit in the washing machine.
